WWE Monday Night Raw October 10, 2016 Results and Review Oldberg To Come Back

Everything Wrong With Raw Right Here
Oldberg is right. Bill Goldberg is not a young man. His best days are far behind him. Brock Lesnar is lazy, boring and not worth the money the WWE pays him. I don’t need to see him do 17 suplexes on Goldberg. If the WWE thinks that this is going to boost ratings, they are wrong. But let’s talk about Raw a bit more than this, and see why I am not so high on the product yet again.

WWE Monday Night Raw October 10, 2016 Review

This is from the HULU edition and it was not strong if you ask me. Here are my thoughts on what stood out.

Raw Women’s Champion Sasha Banks challenged Charlotte to a Hell in a Cell Match

The buildup was all wrong here. Sasha Banks should have asked Charlotte for the cage match because Dana Brooke kept interfering. She should have said that she was tired of the interference, and Charlotte squeaking by with title win after title win, and that the cage would keep Dana out and leave Charlotte in. Nope. They didn’t do that. Instead, Sasha said they could make history and what not, who cares. Sasha shouldn’t be champion just yet, that’s my two cents.

Bayley def. Cami Fields

Bayley is lost in the Raw mid card. She beat up a jobber, this was boring. Bayley is wasted here.

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Raw Women’s Champion Sasha Banks & U.S. Champion Roman Reigns def. Charlotte & Rusev

Sasha Banks and Roman Reigns won this match, showing that the challengers are weak. Why would you lead into a new event with the champions going over huge, as if the bad guys just aren’t that good? Way to build up your talent. This was stupid. I didn’t like it, although the ending of the match was kind of interesting. Where was Dana Brooke? Where was Lana’s interference? Something, anything, nope, the good guys win clean, the bad guys look like chumps, why should I care?

Match Rating: 2 out of 5

Ok, the WWE said that the show wasn’t going to be about the general managers, and yet we have a long segment with them in the middle of the ring. Then we have matches getting signed, and random cheap pops going on. So much so that I just gave up on the show at that point. I fell asleep, and apparently missed nothing. Rollins beat Jericho, boring, and something else happened.

Oh, and no one wants to see Goldberg aka OLDBERG. What a lousy show.
