WWE Monday Night Raw January 23, 2017 Results and Review The Oldest Main Event

Old Part Timers Are The main Event, Not Wrestling!!!!
I’m not sure about how big of a fan you readers are, but it’s hard to be a fan of WWE right now. There’s so much stupidity on RAW, I can’t like much of it. I really hated what went down, and you know what, a lot of people probably hated it. With that in mind, consider the following notes on last night’s big night.

WWE Monday Night Raw January 23, 2017 Results

Luke Gallows defeated Cesaro
Sami Zayn defeated Seth Rollins
Tj Perkins, Jack Gallagher, and Mustafa Ali defeated Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, and Drew Gulak
Braun Strowman, Rusev, Jinder Mahal and Titus Oneil defeated The New Day, Enzo and Cass

WWE Monday Night Raw 23, 2017 Review

Luke Gallows defeated Cesaro

Gallows beat up Cesaro, in a fast paced match. This was a fun way to open the show, but it didn’t really open the show. The show opened with Roman Reigns. This wasn’t too long, and it set up the big match this weekend for the tag titles, where Gallows and Anderson will most likely lose again.

Sami Zayn defeated Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins and Sami Zayn fought each other for a chance to be in the Rumble. Zayn would win after Triple H’s music hit. I guess that’s going to set up Rollins versus Triple H for Wrestlemania? Well, Rollins is not in the Rumble now, and that’s that? I don’t know what is going on. Maybe Triple H will jump into the Rumble and get thrown out by Rollins to set up a feud.

Tj Perkins, Jack Gallagher, and Mustafa Ali defeated Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, and Drew Gulak

A short match. Not exactly fun.

Braun Strowman, Rusev, Jinder Mahal and Titus Oneil defeated The New Day, Enzo and Cass

This wasn’t that bad, but Enzo was great. Enzo’s offense against Shoeman was great. But this match was forgettable. The Big Show showed up and stared down Shoeman. They didn’t fight. They just stared at each other. This wasn’t that much fun.

Roman Reigns defeated Chris Jericho vis DQ

Roman Reigns beat up Jericho for a good amount of this match. In the end, however, Reigns lost via disqualification. Reigns is most likely going to win at the Rumble, face it folks. I can’t stand the main event scene on Raw. Jericho and Reigns fought again, surprise, surprise.

Bayley Is Done

Bayley's interview with Corey Graves proves a lot. Bayley is just awful. She has no confidence. Instead of answering the way that she did, she should've been confident! Oh well. Bayley is great in ring, but this "childlike" attitude is stale, and is going to get her buried in WWE. This was awful, just awful.

Nia Jax defeated Ray Lyn

A throwaway match.

Rich Swann defeated Noam Dar

Another throwaway match. Nothing to see here, except Dar saying Alicia Fox’s name. I loved that.

The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar, and Goldberg End

Now, Undertaker, Goldberg and Brock Lesnar stared each other down to end Raw. But let’s be real here, they are OLD. These are the oldest guys, and all part time. This is the way WWE is going to sell tickets? Three part time workers? Three guys that are past their prime. These guys suck. As Kevin Castle said on the Dony Town and Kevin Castle show, “Goldberg bitched out Lesnar, why would Lesnar be a scary guy now? He prison bitched him out!” Yeah. This segment sucked, and these idiots are old. They are all old, and boring. I’m done. I’m absolutely done with Raw.

What a load of garbage folks. Oh, and did you notice Undertaker’s walk and standing? That’s because he has a HIP problem! Yeah, he’s old.
